Hello to everyone!  Here are today’s top posts from around the web.  Below are a five great posts that I have found very helpful and you should really check them out.  Since I am constantly browsing the internet looking for great things to write about, I thought it would be great to share them with you as well!

Joanne Mayhead from Total Wellbeing Blog brings on the importance of sleep in your weight loss routine.  Did you know the amount of sleep can effect your dieting results?  It absolutely can!  In fact, lack of sleep can interfere with many things throughout your day.
